Paid advertisements, sponsored sections, and paid partner messages will be labeled clearly near the placement. Payment does not turn an advertisement into an independent recommendation.
If RooFork uses a link that can earn a commission, the page or message will disclose that relationship close to the recommendation. The price you pay may be unchanged. RooFork does not currently treat ordinary source links as endorsements.
The Housing Brief separates reported facts from RooFork's analysis, links material claims to sources, and states material conflicts when known. Sponsors do not receive undisclosed control over calculator results or editorial conclusions.
